Victor de Munck (Anthropology) published “Self, Other and the Love Dyad in Lithuania: Romantic Love as Fantasy” and “Reality (Or, When Culture Matters and Doesn’t Matter),” in a volume titled, “Intimacy.” He also wrote a book in Lithuanian titled (as translated in English), “Researching Culture: Comparative and Ethnographic Approaches.
Heather Hewett (English,Women’s Studies) published an essay, “Of Motherhood Born,” in Mothering in the Third Wave.
Edward Lundergan (Music) had an article, “Christ’s Nativity: An Early Choral Suite by Benjamin Britten,” published in the June/July issue of the Choral Journal.
Greta Winograd (Psychology) and Patricia Cohen and Henian Chen of Columbia University and the New York State Psychiatric Institute published “Adolescent Borderline Symptoms in the Community: Prognosis for Functioning Over 20 Years” in the September issue of the Journal of Child Psychology and Psychiatry.
