Retired New Paltz University Police Chief Raymond Bryant was honored for his dedication and service to the SUNY system at the yearly Ulster County Chiefs of Police Awards Banquet. Bryant retired after 39 years of service. The event was held at the Wiltwick Golf Course on May 9.
