A WORKPLACE THAT ROCKS: The Human Resources and Payroll staff was named Workplace of the Week (March 2-6) by local radio station 92.1 Lite FM. On March 3, the staff was visited by Cameron Hendrix, news director, and Joe Danily, morning show host, and appeared in a segment on the radio later that day. The staff is seen here with Danily (far left) and Hendrix (far right).

Training to promote engagement

The Office of Human Resources and United University Professions are co-hosting an event, titled “Interpersonal Aggression and Bullying vs. Civility, Respect and Engagement: Creating and Sustaining a Great Place to Work,” from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 12. The guest speaker will be Joel Neuman (Business), associate professor and director of the Center for Applied Management. The program is open to all campus employees and is free.
